But Whoever Blasphemes

Hello Everyone,

Inside your heart, and in your Spirit, whom do you cling to? Are you doubtful or hateful towards God? What's the matter you didn't get your prayer answered immediately or are you still waiting for that selfish ridiculous prayer request? We must never become dark and hateful towards the Holy Spirit which is of God; who is also a very significant part of who we are. Today's gospel is another interesting twist of interactions Jesus has with the scribes. These guys just straight out hate Jesus, so they must slander Him and take away any hope others may have in Him. Does that sound familiar in your own life? It can be because of success, happiness or just because things have been working out in your favor. But why is it then that, we seem to come across people who want to rain on our parade and be little a very happy time in our lives? I think it's the nature of the evil one, to step in and destroy. Today we are reflecting on Mark 3:22-30 (Jesus and Beelzebul). Light and Darkness, we must remain thankful that we do indeed know who the winner will be, but rather, who the winner already is. But with that being said, we must not fool ourselves about who is stronger then us and why. Satan alone can easily defeat us and destroy us, we know he does this every single day going after God's children. The only way he can not defeat us, is if we are clothed with Christ. It is in that allegiance Jesus, and in that allegiance alone that will protect us.

But Jesus says in verse 29, "but whoever blasphemes against the Holy Spirit never has forgiveness, but is guilty of an eternal sin". Pretty harsh words I think. But there is a reason for that. We are not "never forgiven" it is in that blaspheme that we fully and completely leave and turn one hundred percent away from God. Basically the outright defiance against God that is spoken of here. If in your life you have been touched by the Spirit; and the grace of God has come upon you and your hardened heart returns you home to Him, it is in that that God will forgive. We must always remember no matter how much we are God's children and we serve Him alone; He is still Almighty God who has the ultimate power to do whatever He wills throughout the universe. That power and all that strength of being God must be respected, hating Him and being defiant to Him is only asking for eternal punishment. That is why we must remember our God is loving, merciful, caring, forgiving Lord. He only seeks to save us, to hold us, and bring us as close as He can to Himself. It is only the evil one who draws us away from Him.

We must always remember it was through our Lord's death, that we have been bought with a price and that price freed us. And it is through that love that our Lord has for us; that allows us to be son's and daughter's of a truly magnificent loving God. Then to further deepen His love for us, we have been filled with the love and wisdom and guidance of the Holy Spirit. That Holy Spirit within us, is of God; it is that indwelt Spirit that helps draw us to Him, and it keeps us on track to seek out our Lord. The wisdom behind the purpose and reason for the Holy Spirit is pure genius. By placing inside our hearts a Spirit that is of God, whose only desires it has is to reunite and be with God; and we by nature give in to God, so that if we allow Him to do His will through us, we to will go directly to Him by the Spirits prompting. Do you follow me? This can only have been done a truly loving, merciful Creator. The Spirit inside us is like a guide, as long as we live a life open to God's love and we truly love Him; the Spirit within us will only seek to lead us to Him. This is so exciting, I really hope I am making sense. I know what I am trying to say, I just hope it coming out that way in the words we have to share with.

I can get so mumble jumble in this language we call English. I sometimes feels as though we just don't have enough words, or should I say the exact, precise words to try and say somethings. We are limited in our vocabulary when it comes to God. But I think and I honestly believe, that that to is all part of God's plan. No human can ever fully understand or comprehend the mind and heart of God. God is infinite in all things, His presence, His love, His forgiveness, and we can go on and on. God does not live inside any sort of a box, meaning sort of like we do. Our days start and end, we have daily plans, and obligations, etc. God is all knowing, ever present everywhere after all He is the creator. And no time zone is restricted to Him, He can be in all places, all the time, throughout time. Our God is absolutely truly magnificent. That's is one of the most incredible and exciting aspects of loving Him that is so wonderful. Do you feel it inside your heart and Spirit? LOL. I do. Please allow the Holy Spirit to guide you home to be with Jesus. The Spirit only seeks to reunite with the Father. I pray that you have a fantastic, awesome, Godly day.

"Jesus, I trust in You."
