My Friends,
Today’s Focus: Our Rosary of Living
This week like every week in my
life, my heart is filled with joy and excitement because of the Rosary. The Rosary has a most Joyful way of bringing our prayer life to life;
making it a living breathing experience, unlike that of any other form of
prayer. I can’t fully explain my attachment and love for the Rosary like one might explain their love
for another person; but my love for the Rosary
is much simpler than that. When I see the Rosary,
I see our Lord, I see our Lady; I know I will find peace in those beads.
What is Our Rosary of Living? I know some might say, that is a rather peculiar
way of saying it; but no, I mean it just like I wrote it. See this week I will
reflect upon some of my own personal deep connections to the Rosary.
Tuesday – Our Rosary of Giving
Wednesday – Our Rosary of Sharing
Wednesday – Our Rosary of Sharing
Thursday – Our Rosary of Caring
Friday – Our Rosary of Praying
Inside of me is a very simple,
very undeserving person who seeks our Lord and desperately wants His love and
approval. I know that the one way to show Jesus that I love Him so much; is by
showing Him how much I love His Mother. I beg for Her to speak to Him for me,
every single time I pray my Rosary.
To me the Rosary is a Living Prayer
that goes to the heart of Mary and she immediately rushes our requests and love
to her Son. Mary is my Mother to. Jesus is the Son of God and we are the
children of God, hence she is my Mother. I invite you to embrace her and love
her with a most sincere love.
Each day I hold my Rosary beads in such a way that I don’t
want to let them go. They connect me to Jesus! They connect me to Mary! To me
it’s my live feed to my Lord and our Lady. Yes, I see it that way. The minute I
simply hold them, I am connected. I feel so incredible with those beads in my
hand. I don’t need much in this life as far possessions are concerned, to be
happy, joyful and content. My Rosary
beads and my Bible are the sum-total of what it would take if I had to have a
bare minimal choice of items. Yeah, I have more, but they are not as important
to me as my Rosary and my Bible.
Look at your Rosary beads in a different way now; try to find out why you are so
connected to them. Dig deep inside your heart, connect with what is making your
heart and mind and soul connect to those beads. There is a story of love inside
of you that wants to be shared, share it. There is a story of love inside of
you that wants to be spoken, tell it. There is a story that is living inside of
you that wants to live, tell everyone about it. Pray The Rosary and ask our Lady to help you, she will.
