Hello Everyone,

Another day celebrating of the Rosary. I am so excited sharing this incredibly exciting, powerful devotion. The Luminous Mysteries are wonderful, I am so happy they have been added by Pope John Paul II. These mysteries are like the real bright, exciting aspect of our Lord's time here. Jesus is the Light of the World. I really hope and pray that so many of you who maybe lukewarm with your passion for the Rosary, are little by little getting as excited and hooked as I am. When I say, "The Rosary is my life." I mean it, in the fullest sense.

Luminous Mysteries

1.Baptism of the Lord (Matthew 3:13-17)

Then Jesus came from Galilee to the Jordan to John, to be baptized by him. John would have prevented him, saying, "I need to be baptized by you, and do you come to me?" But Jesus answered him, "Let it be so now; for thus it is fitting for us to fulfill all righteousness." Then he consented. And when Jesus was baptized, he went up immediately from the water, and behold, the heavens were opened and he saw the Spirit of God descending like a dove, and alighting on him; and lo, a voice from heaven, saying, "This is my beloved Son, with whom I am well pleased."© Revised Standard Version 1973

Praise Jesus for such a beautiful experience for all those present. God spoke, what an absolutely incredible piece scripture. Especially in the New Testament. God's voice was heard by not only John the Baptist, but also by all those present with Him at the Jordan. I would think Mary was there; which would further solidify her faith in her Son and in God.

2.Wedding at Cana (John 2:1-12)

On the third day there was a marriage at Cana in Galilee, and the mother of Jesus was there; Jesus also was invited to the marriage, with his disciples. When the wine failed, the mother of Jesus said to him, "They have no wine." And Jesus said to her, "O woman, what have you to do with me? My hour has not yet come." His mother said to the servants, "Do whatever he tells you." Now six stone jars were standing there, for the Jewish rites of purification, each holding twenty or thirty gallons. Jesus said to them, "Fill the jars with water." And they filled them up to the brim. He said to them, "Now draw some out, and take it to the steward of the feast." So they took it. When the steward of the feast tasted the water now become wine, and did not know where it came from (though the servants who had drawn the water knew), the steward of the feast called the bridegroom and said to him, "Every man serves the good wine first; and when men have drunk freely, then the poor wine; but you have kept the good wine until now." This, the first of his signs, Jesus did at Cana in Galilee, and manifested his glory; and his disciples believed in him. After this he went down to Capernaum, with his mother and his brothers and his disciples; and there they stayed for a few days. © Revised Standard Version 1973

How much Joy has our Lord bestowed upon this newly married couple. Our Lady knew who Jesus was, Her faith in Him, even began before His public ministry did. This wasn't a subtle magic trick. This was a magnificent well recognized blessing the steward recognized immediately. We know our Lord blesses the marriage covenant, but it is so true to add that Our Blessed Mother also does, she did initiate the miracle. Praise Jesus we have such a beautiful, blessed, faithful woman to love, as she brings us ever so much closer to Jesus. In this mystery, she brought Jesus to the couples rescue.

3.Proclamation of the Kingdom (Matthew 4:18-25)

As he walked by the Sea of Galilee, he saw two brothers, Simon who is called Peter and Andrew his brother, casting a net into the sea; for they were fishermen. And he said to them, "Follow me, and I will make you fishers of men." Immediately they left their nets and followed him. And going on from there he saw two other brothers, James the son of Zebedee and John his brother, in the boat with Zebedee their father, mending their nets, and he called them. Immediately they left the boat and their father, and followed him. And he went about all Galilee, teaching in their synagogues and preaching the gospel of the kingdom and healing every disease and every infirmity among the people. So his fame spread throughout all Syria, and they brought him all the sick, those afflicted with various diseases and pains, demoniacs, epileptics, and paralytics, and he healed them. And great crowds followed him from Galilee and the Decapolis and Jerusalem and Judea and from beyond the Jordan. © Revised Standard Version 1973

We are so happy Jesus has done this. "Follow me.." Let's do and not look back. Don't be afraid. I mean that, I do in my life. Sometimes it cause ruffles with those around me and in my family. But regardless I do all I can to stay true to Him following only Him. Let us live a life that would be pleasing to God, but spending it serving Him, loving Him, and drawing ALL we can to Him.

4.Transfiguration (Matthew 17:1-9)

And after six days Jesus took with him Peter and James and John his brother, and led them up a high mountain apart. And he was transfigured before them, and his face shone like the sun, and his garments became white as light. And behold, there appeared to them Moses and Eli'jah, talking with him. And Peter said to Jesus, "Lord, it is well that we are here; if you wish, I will make three booths here, one for you and one for Moses and one for Elijah." He was still speaking, when lo, a bright cloud overshadowed them, and a voice from the cloud said, "This is my beloved Son, with whom I am well pleased; listen to him." When the disciples heard this, they fell on their faces, and were filled with awe. But Jesus came and touched them, saying, "Rise, and have no fear." And when they lifted up their eyes, they saw no one but Jesus only. And as they were coming down the mountain, Jesus commanded them, "Tell no one the vision, until the Son of man is raised from the dead."© Revised Standard Version 1973

Breath-taking, it must have such an incredibly beautiful sight to see. Remember not only did Peter, James and John see Jesus transfigured, but they also got to see Moses and Elijah. Wow would that not further deepen their faith about the after life, and that there is a life beyond the grave. Oh how spectacular it must have been to be a part of this wonderful group of men.

5.Institution of the Holy Eucharist (Matthew 26:26-30)

Now as they were eating, Jesus took bread, and blessed, and broke it, and gave it to the disciples and said, "Take, eat; this is my body." And he took a cup, and when he had given thanks he gave it to them, saying, "Drink of it, all of you; for this is my blood of the covenant, which is poured out for many for the forgiveness of sins. I tell you I shall not drink again of this fruit of the vine until that day when I drink it new with you in my Father's kingdom." And when they had sung a hymn, they went out to the Mount of Olives. © Revised Standard Version 1973

And (John 6:60-69)

Many of his disciples, when they heard it, said, "This is a hard saying; who can listen to it?" But Jesus, knowing in himself that his disciples murmured at it, said to them, "Do you take offense at this? Then what if you were to see the Son of man ascending where he was before? It is the spirit that gives life, the flesh is of no avail; the words that I have spoken to you are spirit and life. But there are some of you that do not believe." For Jesus knew from the first who those were that did not believe, and who it was that would betray him. And he said, "This is why I told you that no one can come to me unless it is granted him by the Father." After this many of his disciples drew back and no longer went about with him. Jesus said to the twelve, "Do you also wish to go away?" Simon Peter answered him, "Lord, to whom shall we go? You have the words of eternal life; and we have believed, and have come to know, that you are the Holy One of God." © Revised Standard Version 1973

Praise Jesus for the glorious joy in the Mass. I love the Mass. Do you not feel Jesus' presence when you at Mass? Do you not urn to be even closer to Him as you feel Him there in our midst? I am so excited and filled with so much Joy when I am at Mass. I really need to return to daily Mass, very difficult with my current schedule, but a I so wish to fulfill that. Daily Mass is such a blessing, if you can participate daily, just do it !!! To be sure, simply pray, "Jesus, I trust in You"
