It's All About Jesus - Ask Mary 5/5
Hello Everyone,

What a truly spectacular exciting week it has been. I pray that this has been a blessing for you. Today let us look at St. Louis de Montforts fifth principle in what our Devotion to Mary consists of. He says, "It is very difficult, considering our weakness and frailty, to keep the graces and treasures we have received from God." The world we live in has been corrupted by the evil of satan. No one can say it better than St. Louis de Montfort can, "It is something of a miracle for anyone to stand firm in the midst of this raging torrent and not be swept away; to weather this stormy sea and not be drowned, or robbed by pirates; to breathe this pestilential air and not be contaminated by it. It is Mary, the singularly faithful Virgin over whom Satan had never any power, who works this miracle for those who truly love her." And this is why we must pray with Mary every single day. If there is anything I pray for this week, it's this: I pray that our Lord has touched your heart in such a way that you are aware that His mother's role in our life is vital, and most important. She is there to console us, pray with us, and then be with us on our behalf to talk to her Son for us. She deserves our love and respect.

St Louis de Montfort warns all of us of this serious consideration when doing all we can to be on guard at all times, "People, richer in grace and virtue, more experienced and advanced in holiness than we are, have been caught off their guard and robbed and stripped of everything." How Then can we ever guard ourselves from the evil and corruption in this world? One wonderful, very positive and most exciting way; is by praying your Rosary everyday. Satan has no power over Mary whatsoever, she can shield us when we unite with her in prayer. We must trust her in directing us to her Son.

Our Full Trust

Mary is the One who protects us
She is the one that satan shall lose to,
So we can pray your Rosary everyday
Start to finish, straight through.

Unlike any other she is the one
The one true virgin that gave birth to Him,
He had to be born by the purest of souls
For His birth was to be, to die for our sin.

So let us grab on and never let go
These blessed graces we have to hold,
The blessed virgin is powerfully strong
Our prayers must be solid and bold.

A true obligation and devotion to our Blessed Mother is the same as a true obligation and devotion to our Lord. Let us remember she is our mediatrix of intercession. She is here to help direct us and bring us to Jesus. So please take the time to consider your devotion to our Lady. Simply start off with my "first" devotional prayer that I pray.

The Angelus

The Angel of the Lord declared to Mary:
And she conceived of the Holy Spirit.

Hail Mary, full of grace, the Lord is with thee; blessed art thou among women and blessed is the fruit of thy womb, Jesus. Holy Mary, Mother of God, pray for us sinners, now and at the hour of our death. Amen.

Behold the handmaid of the Lord: Be it done unto me according to Thy word.

Hail Mary . . .

And the Word was made Flesh: And dwelt among us.

Hail Mary . . .

Pray for us, O Holy Mother of God, that we may be made worthy of the promises of Christ. Let us pray:

Pour forth, we beseech Thee, O Lord, Thy grace into our hearts; that we, to whom the incarnation of Christ, Thy Son, was made known by the message of an angel, may by His Passion and Cross be brought to the glory of His Resurrection, through the same Christ Our Lord.
Amen.

Pray boldly with Mary beside you, "Jesus, I trust in You."
